By accessing or using the StreetSpring platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service. These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver that affect your legal rights.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the StreetSpring website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with StreetSpring, Inc. ("StreetSpring," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
3. Nature of the Service
StreetSpring provides a technology platform that analyzes various data sources to generate predictive assessments, scores, and information related to commercial real estate locations ("Location Intelligence Services").
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. StreetSpring does not provide professional advice of any kind (including real estate, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or business consulting advice).
4. Critical Disclaimers and Limitations
StreetSpring makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, outcomes, or predictions. All predictions are probabilistic estimates based on historical data and may not reflect future realities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetSpring's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to StreetSpring for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
